Wrap That Thing in “Tough Hydrogel”

Hey, anything that gets people using condoms is a good idea. Improving sensation? Fantastic. Better effectiveness? All the better. Bring on the tough hydragel condom! I can’t say I was particularly enamoured of the tip-only condom. This one makes much more sense.
