DIY Recycled Flogger Making: DIY. Vegan. Earth Friendly – not words often associated with kink. In this workshop, participants will learn about flogger making, and will make their own floggers out of recycled bicycle inner tubes You make your flogger to your specifications: you choose a handle that fits your grip, and you choose the size and shape of the flogger depending on your desired effect – what weight and feel you want, and what you want it to look like. This workshop includes a short lesson in flogging safely. Get up on saving the planet to get down with each other.
*All materials provided with workshop fee. No prior experience with flogger making or crafting necessary*
About Brett:
Brett Mason works with the Calgary Outlink Centre for Gender and Sexual Diversity, and moonlights as a mechanic and collective member at the Good Life Community Bicycle Shop in Calgary, Alberta. Brett facilitates workshops at Breakfast at Tiffany’s – a kink skill-share collective. Brett’s near decade of work in sexual health education and kink, as well as his familiarity with DIY, make him an apt facilitator for this workshop.
