The Market for Libido-Enchancing Drugs

Dr. Trina Read provides an excellent look behind the scenes of the race to produce a libido-enhancing drug for women—while at the same time breaking down why some people would want one and some of the root causes of low-libido. There was a joke very similar to this idea on a recent episode of Big Bang Theory. One of the characters, who works for a big pharmaceutical company, made a crack something to the effect of “My company invented XXXX disease and then produced the cure for it in the same month!”
