Much respect to the organizers of the University of Tennessee’s embattled Sex Week, despite actual government interference in this extraordinary attempt to bring much-needed sex education. I can sit here and shake my head because my province is somewhat better off in terms of sex ed (I had a chat with my 14 year old about STI’s in older folks communities the other day), but really, what jurisdictions in North America are actually providing comprehensive, non-judgemental sexual education to children, youth and in the case of U of Tennessee ADULTS?
