Monogamy vs. Non-Monogamy: The Ongoing Debate

I just can’t fall into line with either camp. I just don’t think we are hard-wired for monogamy, as posited here, not do I think we are naturally non-monogamous. Attempting to prescribe either to the whole of the human race negates too many factors. Sure, much of what cultures believe comes from people making rules about monogamy or non-monogamy, but just the very existence of those various rules around the world should tell us that neither side is inherently correct.
