So, according to recent studies, men are evolutionarily predisposed to regretting not having sex with as many people as possible while women pretty much regret who they’ve slept with, and when. But that reasoning might be more because of the consequences of said liaisons.
I’m not sure I’m down with these results. I think the male need for sex for procreation has been gone for centuries and centuries and is so far out of our frame of reference. The results for women, however, might be on to something as they’ve always been taught to shame their own sexuality.
