Kids NEED To Learn Proper Anatomical Terms

YES! YES! YES! Dr. Logan Levkoff has got this completely, utterly, entirely right.

Children need to be taught proper anatomical language. There is no such thing as a pee-pee or a wee-wee or any other foolish euphemism. Is a foot a ‘walkie’? Or an ear a ‘hearing dearing’?

Can you tell I have never understood that practice?

My daughters learned proper anatomy right from the start. It seemed a disservice to them to not teach them what a penis is, a vulva, breasts. Yes, I am sure they’ve heard other words, but they know what the real words are and I think their future sexual selves are the better for it.
