I really relate to Lori’s post about discovering her switch tendencies. Not only is it wonderfully written and a thoughtful consideration of her own exploration—it also somewhat mirrors my own experience. I too am predominantly a sub, but when I began to experiment with dom thoughts, I discovered, much to my surprise a really draw to that role.
I can also relate with her feelings about being able to get into that role—or not—at different times. Sometimes I just can’t even conceive of topping someone. At all. Other times…mmmm…lemme warm up that spankin’ hand.
While neither D/s doesn’t play a significant role in my sex life, it is there and being versatile does make things that much more interesting.
