There is a funny bit of awkward that accompanies this week’s Sex Schoolin’. I was going to write a review of an older sex education instructional video about how to give handjobs. This morning I started writing the review on the bus and had to look up a few details to continue writing.
Good thing I stopped for research.
I was going to write a review of one of Penny Flame’s videos. Turns out she’s not in the business anymore. Turns out the former Penny Flame, now known by her actual name Jennifer Ketcham, was involved in a fantastic Huffington Post discussion following the publication of her post “Why Your Daughter Wants to Be a Porn Star.” Turns out I was underneath the rock on this one!
Fortunately, Jennifer was featured in the Huffington Post discussion “Psychology of a Porn Star” with three brilliant minds: Nina Hartley, Kelly Shibari and Mireille Miller-Young to discuss the issue.
