Peaches Press is a digital publisher of entertaining, beautifully written fiction and nonfiction that explores the female perspective. We’re launching with two titles on Amazon for the Kindle and will expand to other digital markets soon.
What We Publish
We’re seeking manuscripts that feature a strong female protagonist, entertaining plot, and crisp, effective writing.
We like contemporary literature, horror, sci fi, erotica (explicit), historical, twisted fairy tales, and fantasy.
We don’t like vanilla romances, vampire stories, or egotistical Victoria Holt-esque male love interests.
Nonfiction: personal essay anthologies, memoir, social commentary and humor.
Word length: Digital publishing is very flexible but it is optimal if a novella is over 20k words and a novel over 85k.
Royalties: We pay the author 50% of what we receive from the seller. This currently equals 35% to the author for eBooks sold on Amazon.com and B&N.com.
Rights: Publication in eBook format only, internationally. One year’s exclusivity from the date of publication. After the first year, exclusivity remains in place as long as the writer is receiving royalties and both parties elect to keep the title in print.
