Would you alter your genitals with cosmetic surgery?
It seems to be a (slightly) growing trend among women to enhance the appearance of their labia, with most hoping for a more youthful look.
At this point I’ve not heard of a male equivalent, but you just know that as soon as a doctor figures out how to successfully lengthen a penis through surgery, guys will go to any length to gain some length.
