Breath is an anchor, a vehicle, a springboard. Breath is the glue that keeps us in our bodies & connects us deeply to those around us. In a safe & sacred space, you will learn fundamental breathing techniques that will not only increase your connection to your own erotic power, but allow you to more easily share erotic energy with others. Please wear comfortable, loose clothing and bring a blanket or yoga mat for the floor exercises. There will be no nudity or sexual activities in this workshop.
