Anniversary Open Call

Riptide Publishing is celebrating our second anniversary this October. We’re also celebrating the recent hire of Sarah Frantz, our newest acquisitions editor. To welcome Sarah and say “Thank you!” to the readers and authors who’ve made these milestones possible, we’re holding our first-ever totally open call this October.
For one week in October—10/1/13 to 10/7/13—we will be open for all submissions. We have only three core requirements for your stories: a rainbow component (LGBTQ main characters), a strong authorial voice, and an integral-to-the-story romance. So send us your gay shifters, your lesbian law enforcement officers, your trans* school teachers, your queer faeries, your bi space pilots. Whatever you have to offer, we’d love to see it!
**Friendly reminder: Do not send submissions early. Any submissions arriving for this open call before October 1 will be deleted unread**
