Women are just starting to get the same respect in society for being.sexual individuals. Just scratching the surface, but here”s hoping that progress continues.
As the father of two daughters approaching their teen years, I do everything I can to help them understand that their sexuality is their own and that they should ignore anyone who wants to take the right to their sexuality.
At the same time, I wonder what messages boys are getting. Are bousstill growing up with the same hero complex? Go forth and fuck dudes! Because I reallu fear that progress for women will be stifled if men and their artitudes towards women’s sexuality aren’t addressed and challenged and changed. Like many of the ones in Brian’s argument.
