What a great article by Dr. Trina Read! Women are pulled in so many directions, with so many expectations on them. And when it comes down to it, people will always be expecting them to look great, achieve more and be a super mom all at the same time. And she’s right, where does that leave time for relaxing, enjoying the little things, and of course, sex?
There’s got to be a way to find some balance. If she has a partner, hopefully he or she will pick up some of the parenting and home responsibilities. Hopefully that partner will tell her how hot and sexy she looks.
And if she doesn’t have a partner, hopefully she can establish a good friend or family network that can help out from time to time.
