Might intimacy be the true Holy Grail of human relations? Is it our destiny to be forever chasing something to elusive?
Okay, it isn’t that dramatic. Many lucky folks have found lasting and loving connections…so why hasn’t everyone else?
I really like this basic understanding of different needs when it comes to intimacy. I do feel it is a little too gendered though. I’ll put it out there that a man breaking down and crying could actually be more significant a step for a couple given the mentioned reticence toward visible emotional displays by guyd. That is, of course, highly situational.
