Sleep Issues & Sex: How To Balance?

The busier I get, the more exhaustsed I get, the worse my sleep is. This has never made sense to me. I long for a night of 6 solid, uninterrupted hours of sleep.
Instead, I wake up am average of 5-10 times/night. During those 6 hours I am in bed.
Going to bed earlier doesn’t help, I just wake up earlier. Can’t sleep in to save my life. The commute does”t help and bipolar is surely a factor.
And now it is affecting my sex life.
Thankfully my libido is still strong, but it is very frustrating when my body just chooses to go to sleep. Or worse, I make that choice.
I am also someone who needs a bit of time to relax when I get home. Unwind, decompress. I just can’t jump into being amorous right away (though that is the plan for about an hour from now).
So, what do any of you do when you’re too tired to fuck?
