It has taken me a long, long time to understand and get to this place. Sometimes you just need sleep. You may want sex in every way, but your body just says no. I push my body all the time, forgoing sleep for all kinds of reasons—some good, some not so good. And over the years, I’ve definitely jumped into sex even when I am just not up for it.
I would still prefer to stay up all the time doing fun things…but sleep…take it when you can get it.
